  • Guided Visualization

    In this class you will be taken on a guided journey using imagery, visualization and focus, to increase your ability to achieve a state of relaxation, calm and well-being. In the process, you will learn to be more open, receptive and creative. The topics upon which we will focus will change monthly.

  • Restore

    This class is focused on restoring and replenishing the body, mind and spirit. There will be a guided meditation, and discussion about creative tools to enhance your practice of self-care, and realize your most energetic and vibrant potential.

  • Chakra Balancing Meditation

    Come learn about the Chakras, your body’s energy centers.  They are the junction points between the physical body and the ethereal.  You have seven main energy centers along the central nervous system, or spine. These chakras correlate to the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects in each area of our lives. When the Chakras are balanced, they enable energy to flow in a healthy, balanced and harmonious way.  This meditation will guide you through each chakra, giving you knowledge and insight into their functions, and will recharge and rejuvenate them so that they are working for their highest purpose and potential.

  • Yoga Nidra

    Yoga Nidra—known as yogic sleep—is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. It is the only kind of meditation that should be done lying down.

    Studies have shown that yoga nidra can ease insomnia, decrease anxiety, alleviate stress, reduce PTSD, chronic pain and chemical dependency. It can heighten awareness and focus, transform negative habits, behaviors and ways of thinking, and foster feelings of peace, calm, and clarity.

  • Kundalini Yoga

    Kundalini yoga is a refreshing combination of practices incorporating movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and mantras. The focus is on awakening one’s highest potential.

  • Vibration

    This class is a unique guided meditation using sound as the anchor.  Each week will vary, using different sounds and vibrations which will bring you into various meditative states, from beta to theta.  Binaural beats, singing bowls, mantras, and tuning forks are some of the tools and instruments that will be used.

  • Restore

    This guided meditation is designed to help you to release accumulated stress in your life.  With consistency, meditation can slowly reset your brain from being in the  reactive mode, to the receptive mode; thus increasing your emotional balance and equilibrium. Various breathing techniques, and body relaxation techniques will be used.

  • Transformational Breathwork

    The most powerful spiritual experience of your life! An amazingly simple, yet powerful technique that opens restricted breathing patterns, clears the subconscious and rebirths you into high states of awareness. No prior experiences are comparable to this feeling. You’ll say, “WOW!”

  • Sound Bath

    This meditation is a form of sound healing, using singing bowls and tuning forks.  Come experience complete relaxation listening to the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls. The pure, high resonance will induce a healing response, and alignment in your body, mind and spirit.
